Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of HeartMySoul. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to use the service where you live. You may not use HeartMySoul if you are required to register as a sex offender or if we previously removed you for a serious safety violation. We may request proof of age or identity.

Your account and profile

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and maintain only one authentic personal account unless HeartMySoul authorizes another account type. Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your age, identity, location, verification, relationship intent, income, or affiliation. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Connections, messages, groups, and content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant HeartMySoul a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote within the service, and improve HeartMySoul. A public profile preview is created only when you enable a share link.

Do not post or send harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, scams, spam, malware, illegal goods, unauthorized commercial solicitation, or content that violates another person's rights. Do not scrape, stalk, reverse engineer, evade access controls, or automate account activity without permission.

Moderation and safety

We may screen, limit, remove, preserve, or review content and accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, protect members, investigate fraud, or comply with law. We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account. Report and block tools are available on member profiles. Moderation and verification reduce risk but do not guarantee identity, intent, compatibility, or safety.

Location, venues, and in-person meetings

Live map, nearby, same-venue, and venue signals may be delayed, approximate, stale, or incorrect. They are discovery aids, not tracking or safety guarantees. Respect privacy, obtain consent, meet in public, tell someone your plans, arrange your own transportation, and contact emergency services when needed. Group hosts and venues are responsible for their own listings, reservations, communications, and conduct unless HeartMySoul expressly states otherwise.

Subscriptions and purchases

Paid plans and add-ons are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Prices, billing periods, trials, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your Apple ID and manages cancellations and refunds under its policies. Deleting HeartMySoul does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Use Restore Purchases when moving devices or reinstalling.

Concierge and verification

Concierge, identity, photo, lifestyle, and income reviews may require additional information. Participation is optional unless a feature clearly requires a trust tier. A badge reflects the scope and timing of a review and is not a guarantee of wealth, character, background, or future conduct.

Ending service

You can stop using HeartMySoul and delete your account in the app. We may change or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access for violations, safety risks, nonpayment, fraud, legal requirements, or operational necessity. Sections that by nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment, disclaimers, and dispute provisions, will survive.

Disclaimers and responsibility

HeartMySoul is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee matches, attendance, availability, uninterrupted service, profile accuracy, location accuracy, verification outcomes, or relationship results. You are responsible for your interactions and decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@heartmysoul.com.

Do not use HeartMySoul for emergencies. Contact local emergency services if anyone may be in immediate danger.
