Privacy Choices

These controls let you decide what HeartMySoul receives and what other members can see.

Location

Use the Presence Map privacy control to choose how your location is represented. In iOS, open Settings, Privacy & Security, Location Services, HeartMySoul to allow, limit, or turn off location access.

Public profile link

Profile sharing is off by default. In Profile, use My profile to create a revocable link. Turn the link off at any time to make the preview inactive.

Profile and demographic information

Edit profile fields in Profile. Optional information such as ethnicity and income can be left blank. Filters affect discovery but do not expose your private filter selections to other members.

Messages and people

Use Report to flag content or behavior for review. Use Block to stop discovery, matching, and messaging in both directions.

Account deletion

In the app, open Profile, Safety, Delete account and type DELETE. This permanently removes the account and associated service data, subject to limited legal, safety, payment, and backup retention described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Privacy request

To request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion, email support@heartmysoul.com from your account email. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
