Community Guidelines

HeartMySoul is built for intentional adult connections. These standards apply to profiles, photos, messages, public profile links, groups, tables, venue details, and interactions that begin through the service.
Be authentic
Use your real age and current photos. Do not impersonate others, create deceptive accounts, misstate verification, or use someone else's images or private information without permission.
Respect consent and boundaries
No harassment, stalking, threats, coercion, bullying, repeated unwanted contact, non-consensual sexual content, or sharing intimate material without consent. A match, nearby signal, or same-venue signal is not consent to approach, touch, track, photograph, or continue contact.
No hate or exploitation
No attacks based on protected characteristics, dehumanizing language, promotion of extremist violence, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors. HeartMySoul is for adults 18 and older only.
No scams or spam
No requests for money, fraudulent investments, romance scams, phishing, malware, bulk promotion, account selling, data scraping, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
Keep profiles and groups appropriate
No pornography, graphic violence, illegal goods, dangerous activity, or misleading venue and table details. Hosts must use accurate times, capacity, location, and contact details and must respect venue rules.
Report and block
Use Report on a member profile to send a concern for review. Use Block to immediately remove discovery, matching, and message access between accounts. Do not make knowingly false reports. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Enforcement
HeartMySoul uses automated screening and human review. We may remove content, limit features, request verification, preserve evidence, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts. Serious threats, exploitation, or fraud may be referred to appropriate authorities where legally permitted or required.
