HeartMySoul uses account, profile, verification, preference, location, discovery, message, purchase, and diagnostic information to operate a curated social connection experience.
We may collect information you provide, including profile details, interests, photos, prompts, verification material, reports, support requests, and purchase-related records. With permission, the app may collect location so nearby discovery, same-venue presence, and live map features can work.
We use information to create and secure accounts, personalize discovery, show nearby people and tables, support messaging and moderation, process purchases, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.
You can adjust location permissions in iOS Settings, use app privacy controls where available, report or block members, and request account deletion from the app or by contacting support.
